Where to find items in the Zennest and How-to use them

How to work the TVs: Remote will be on the TVs or just below them.
How to work the great room fans: L and R controllers will be located on the Kitchen Island.
How to turn on the heat/thermostat: on/off
How to turn on the outdoor firepits: on/off is a round knob you will push in the know at the same time as pushing the igniter button and then rotate the dial to your desired heat/flame.
Does the Xbox have games or remotes? There are 4 controllers. Sign in to your account to access
Dyson air purifiers: On/Off on the corresponding remote with the matching number will be on top of the device. There is a red button for heat and a blue for cooling.
How to turn on the Pinball Machine: toggle switch located underneath the machine.
Hot Tubs: on/off located on the right-hand side you can also control the jets and the temperature.
Safes have instructions on them

Sobros there are two at the Zennest. One is located in the great room and the other is located in the game room. These one-of-a-kind coffee tables store drinks, tell the time and have amazing sound. Just look for Sobro on your Bluetooth device to connect.
Outdoor Speakers Bose System: Download the mobile application named SoundTouch. This will give you step-by-step instructions to create an account for your playlist and control all of the outdoor speakers. If you need to hold the button on the main control for the system it is a white box located in the great room by the sliding glass door.

Areas off-limits: Signage will be in the areas not permitted
No smoking
No additional fires outside of the provided outdoor fireplaces
Don’t leave food outside at night
No pets
Sewer/septic systems are fragile and can not handle feminine hygiene items and large amounts of toilet paper. These will block the toilets.

Turn off all devices: TVs, Purifiers, hot tubs, Xbox, Fans, Firepits, Sobro, Outdoor Speakers
Close all of the windows and doors
Lock the game room and laundry
Put chairs back where they were, along with any other items you have brought out or moved.
Take the trash with you, there is a dump for trash located at the beginning of Strawberry Point Road when you entered into the subdivision from the main road
Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher (add dishwasher soap and press start)
Put telescope back in the Master bedroom located on the main level.
Pull sheets off of the beds and leave them in the bedroom
Used towels please leave on the bathroom floor
Close hot tub lid/covers and bungee cord
Cover outdoor foosball table with the cover and bungees provided
Log out of any and all accounts: Netflix, Xbox, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
