At the onset of Zennest’s renovation project, its new owner Les Ottolenghi envisioned an adventure cabin and digital nomad destination for the ultimate live-WFA-play experience. Special considerations were given to essential off-the-grid amenities like high-speed connectivity (Zennest is part of the Starlink beta program), ensuring that innovation and global reach could be possible even from Utah’s remote corners. Every corner of the property was revitalized and finished with care given to sustainable building, aesthetics, comfort, and details that make a big difference.
Fast forward one year later, and the pandemic passion project has reached completion and is ready to welcome guests.
Zennest sits near the top of Strawberry Point, flanked on three sides by Southern Utah forest. The west side of the property is a sheer red rock sandstone edifice that overlooks Dixie and Zion National Parks. With over 6,000 square feet of decking, guests safely traverse the cliff’s edge and enjoy activities like a putting green, yoga-meditation platform, and hot tubs with #epicviews.
If you want to venture out, some of our favorite things to do in the area include canyoneering, hiking, rafting, and mountain biking in The Mighty Five and neighboring national monuments.
