We’ve rounded up our favorite upcoming Southern Utah events and festivals so that you can plan accordingly!
Cedar Saturday Market (Cedar City, UT)
Shop fresh: Each weekend, the Cedar Saturday Market convenes rain-or-shine from 9 am – 2 pm. Shoppers will find local produce and food, artisanal wares, fun, and games. Highly recommend kicking off the weekend at the market and picking up ingredients for a dinner al fresco.
*Utah Shakespeare Festival (Cedar City, UT)
The Utah Shakespeare Festival is a destination theatre that presents life-affirming classical and contemporary plays and musicals. The Comedy of Errors, Pericles, Richard III, Ragtime, The Pirates of Penzance, The Comedy of Terrors, Cymbeline, and Intimate Apparel are all showing in August. Paiute Trail Jamboree (Marysvale, UT)
August 11 – 14
The ATV/UTV Jamboree is an annual festival that kicks off a full weekend of trail rides, obstacle courses, and drag racing. The Paiute ATV Trail is South-Central Utah’s 2,000+ mile trail system with no beginning and no end. It’s the largest of its kind in the nation. Catered meals are provided by Big Daddy’s Deli to keep you well-fueled for adventuring.
Western Legends Heritage & Music Festival (Kanab, UT)
August 26 – 28Kanab’s Western Legends Heritage & Music Festival is a celebration of cowboys, the town’s movie history, and the music old and new that keeps “western hearts alive.” The three-day festival includes a rodeo, star autograph signing, a Wild West Show, and country legends musical performances.
